You will start to envision the life that you were born to live, and execute it step by step.
It requires 3 simple steps to create A Radical Change in your life, which will be applied in the 10-day Self-Discovery program.
* Stop and Question
We stop and question the ideas we have the limit us from living the life we want.
* Observe :
When we experience struggle in life, it is because we argue with what is.
we learn to observe our stressful thoughts and sensations that we argue with.
* Take Simple action :
When we experience reality as it is and be grateful for it, we can check what we can do with it right now.
We take action according to what is, not according to our limiting beliefs.
what are the five limiting beliefs we will be investigating in the retreat?
* I'm not good enough
* I don't have a choice
* I should be different
* I can't do it
* It won't work
We will look into these and other beliefs, that relate and affect your daily life.
The retreat format flows from dynamic and tailored to your needs one-on-one to group practices and sharing.
You will practice conscious movement and breathing to bring the mind into the body, so that the mind and the body will be one with what is happening right now.
We will provide you with all the essential practical tools designed to support you face the day-to-day challenges, and prepare a ground for a calm, centred and satisfied life.

*Silent time is from 9:00 p.m. in the evening until the following day at 5:45 a.m.
This is a time for you to go inward, reflect, and prepare yourselves for the new day ahead.
Each day we go deep into understanding the relationship between our body and mind.
