This eco-retreat will be simple, sophisticated and tranquil, with a focus on environment and open spaces that will create a positive, and intentional effect in our mind and body.
Enjoy this transformational experience at the magnificent Vida-Asana Sanctuary in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, where Three Souls for Wellness (Johanna, Romi and Fabienne) will share their hearts, while weaving a patchwork of experiences through Gentle Yoga, Meditation, Breath Work, Ayurvedic Wisdom, Creative Arts and Cultural Exploration.
Located between the jungle and the world-famous beaches of Playa Hermosa, the Vida Asana School of Yoga and Eco-Retreat Center provides easy access to activities, excursions, restaurants and shopping, yet offers a peaceful jungle setting to relax and restore. In addition to daily yoga and meditation, you will be able to soak in the sun at the pool or bike 5 minutes to the beach. There will be many opportunities for group or solo excursions, including hiking tours, Stand-Up Paddle boarding, ziplining and horseback riding.

- Beach cruisersUnlimited use of bicycle cruiser to ride to beach just 5 minutes away.
