A Moroccan Odyssey

Day 1 – April 16, 2026 – Arrival in Casablanca

Meals: D
Welcome to Morocco! Meet your private driver at the Casablanca airport and transfer to your hotel. After settling in, enjoy time to relax or stroll along the Atlantic coast before meeting your group for introductions and a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2 – April 17 – Casablanca • Rabat • Chefchaouen
Meals: B, L, D
Discover Casablanca’s elegant blend of old and new with visits to the Habous district, Royal Palace, and the magnificent Hassan II Mosque—one of the world’s largest. Continue to Rabat, Morocco’s serene capital, where we’ll visit the Kasbah of the Udayas, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. After lunch, travel north through the Rif Mountains to the enchanting blue-washed town of Chefchaouen.

Day 3 – April 18 – Exploring the Blue Pearl
Meals: B, L
Wander the peaceful blue alleys of Chefchaouen on a guided morning stroll through its medina. Photograph vibrant doors, artisan markets, and charming cafés. Enjoy lunch in town, with the afternoon free to explore or simply relax in this serene mountain retreat.

Day 4 – April 19 – Roman Ruins • Imperial City • Fez
Meals: B, D
Step back in time at the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, famed for its mosaics and mountain views. Continue to Meknes, a former imperial capital, before arriving in Fez by late afternoon. Dinner is included at our boutique riad.

Day 5 – April 20 – The Soul of Fez
Meals: B, L
Explore the UNESCO-listed medina of Fez—one of the world’s oldest and most atmospheric cities. Visit the Bou Inania Medersa, the Royal Palace gates, and the colorful tanneries. Photograph artisans at work and wander the bustling souks before enjoying a traditional Moroccan lunch.

Day 6 – April 21 – Into the Sahara
Meals: B, D
Travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing cedar forests and alpine towns like Ifrane and Midelt. Follow the lush Ziz Valley to Erfoud, then continue by 4x4 to the dunes of Merzouga. A camel ride at sunset leads to our luxury desert camp, where Berber hospitality and starlit skies await.

Day 7 – April 22 – Desert Sunrise & the Todra Gorges
Meals: B, L, D
Awake to the glow of sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, journey through dramatic desert landscapes to the towering Todra Gorges, a spectacular canyon of sheer limestone cliffs. Continue along the “Road of 1,000 Kasbahs” to Skoura, an oasis town of palm groves and mud-brick fortresses.

Day 8 – April 23 – Through Ouarzazate to Marrakech
Meals: B, D
Travel west through the cinematic landscapes of Ouarzazate, known for its kasbahs and film studios. Visit UNESCO-listed Aït Benhaddou, a red-clay fortress seen in Gladiator and Game of Thrones, before crossing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass in the High Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon.

Day 9 – April 24 – Marrakech Magic
Meals: B, L
Discover the splendor of Marrakech: the ornate Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and Koutoubia Mosque. Photograph the city’s famous souks and vibrant Jemaa el-Fna Square—alive with storytellers, musicians, and spice vendors. Enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant before free time to explore.

Day 10 – April 25 – Marrakech Your Way
Meals: B, D
A free day to explore at your own pace—visit the serene Majorelle Garden, experience a hammam spa, or shop for treasures in the souks. We’ll gather for dinner this evening to share stories of our Moroccan adventures.

Day 11 – April 26 – Coastal Escape to Essaouira
Meals: B, L
Head west to the breezy Atlantic town of Essaouira, stopping at an Argan oil women’s cooperative en route. Explore the city’s whitewashed medina, colorful fishing port, and sun-splashed ramparts. Enjoy time to wander its galleries and seaside cafés.
Day 12 – April 27 – Return to Casablanca via the Coast
Meals: B, D
Drive north along Morocco’s scenic coastline, with optional stops in Oualidia or the historic port of El Jadida. Arrive in Casablanca for one final evening, celebrating our journey with a Farewell Dinner at Rick’s Café—an homage to the classic film.

Day 13 – April 28 – Farewell, Morocco
Meals: B
Transfer to the Casablanca airport for your international flight home. As you leave behind the minarets, medinas, and dunes, you carry with you the warmth, color, and spirit of Morocco—forever captured through your lens.
