Break the cycle of New Year's resolutions that are set in vain and discarded before the Winter snow begins to melt. Instead, join me and Ivorie Jenkins for a transformative 7-day New Year's wellness retreat that will stay with you all year long.​

Picture yourself in beautiful Chacala, Mexico, just 90 minutes North of Puerto Vallarta. Here you will immerse yourself in daily meditation, phenomenal yoga sessions by the ocean, lovingly prepared farm-to-table meals and more self care in a week than you'll get all year.
