Come with us as we travel for an afternoon at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.  After boarding our late model, luxury motor coach, we will travel  to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.  Here, we will two hours to stroll through the gardens and admire the Holiday exhibits.  Our schedule will give you enough time to leisurely view each exhibit. Although you will need to be able to walk extensively to enjoy every inch of the gardens, travelers may also choose to enter the park, and take a much more leisurely approach, as there are benches and places to sit located throughout the park.  Following our time at the gardens, we will head to an early dinner (on your own) at Ponce City Market.  This converted historic Sears building is a mixed-use development located along the Beltline trail in Atlanta.  The eateries at the market range from Indian street food, to Italian, Latin, and burgers.  There are both full service and fast casual selections.  There really is something for everyone at Ponce City Market.  Following dinner, we will return home to Del Webb! 

Please note:  We recommend bringing a light jacket for bus drives.  Sometimes the bus can be cooler in the back and warmer in the front, and being prepared with a light jacket can make sure you are comfortable on the drive.   

We work hard to have the most agreeable cancellation policy in our industry. Anyone who must cancel after registering for the trip will receive a refund minus the $30 motor coach seat fee.  If we have someone on the waiting list at the time of your cancellation, and are able to replace you with that person, we will gladly refund the bus seat fee.   However, because tickets must be purchased in advance, no refunds will be offered within 14 days of trip departure.  Send us an email requesting your cancellation and refund at contact@alpus-tours.com. Include your name and the dates of the trip and we will refund you immediately and email you a confirmation. 

Any requested refund must be submitted, via writing, in order to receive a refund.  If local, state, or federal government mandates a shut down due to Covid-19, you will receive a full refund of all trip costs, no questions asked.

2:30 - 4:30pm         Self-guided tour of the Atlanta Botanical Gardens

4:30 - 5:00pm         Travel to Ponce City Market

5:00 - 6:30pm         Dinner and shopping, on your own, at Ponce City Market

6:30 - 8:15pm          Return home to Del Webb
