About this trip

GLAMP GLOW AND GROW

Enjoy 3 days of bliss at the luxurious Barn on the Pond which was voted as the #2 best rental in the Catskills by Time Out NY.

Our focus is love. A comprehensive immersion designed to get you out of your head and into your heart.

Master Thich Naht Hahn reminds us to love another, you must love yourself first and so our program builds from self love and compassion to cultivating love and compassion for those close to you and for your wider community.

Share an incredible experience in the Catskills. Great for deepening and enriching the relationships in your life and for attracting meaningful new relationships.

Did we mention…we begin observing silence after dinner on Friday night continuing to the final session on Sunday, a commitment that calms our chattering minds. Whether this sounds difficult or sweet relief, you will find the results profound.

Shhh...silence is juicy!

Your hosts, Ann-Marie and her husband Kurt, both long-term meditators, will share the positive impact meditation has on their relationship and guide you through these beautiful techniques that you will be able to use for the rest of your lives.

Between sessions relax and reconnect. Set over 7 acres Barn on the Pond offers many opportunities for deep relaxation, walks, and private reflection. Delicious organic vegetarian meals are served and uplifting elixirs, tonics, and healthy bites are available throughout the retreat.

An intimate opportunity for only 4 couples. We'd love you to be a part of it.

Ann-Marie Everitt
A quarter of a century ago Yoga had me at Hello! My name is Ann-Marie Everitt and it’s my joy to still be on this journey with Ambā Yoga. Ambā is a Sanskrit word for "mother" which was given to me when I became a teacher. Yoga has saved my sanity from what I call happiness anxiety, has given me good health and an amazing life. I am forever grateful to my teachers: Sri Swami Satchidananda, Paramahamsa Nithyananda, Reverend Vidya Vonne, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Swami Vidyananda, Kali Morse, Rashmi Galliano, Tao, Dechen Thurman, Hamsa Spagnola, Dr. Stepahnie Moonaz, Silvia Nakkach and Dr. John Beaulieu and Kimberley Brown. These days life is full. I am teaching yoga and meditation in NYC in private homes and in the workplace, as well as working with students all over the world via the internet. I am honored to teach at Integral Yoga Institute as well as in their Yoga @ School and various public outreach programs.
