Who is the A.N.Y. Woman?

A.N.Y. embodies the free spirit of an adventure woman. She is curious, sensitive, likes a challenge and is always searching for more depth.

What’s included

  • Luxury Accommodation
    Nestled by the beach of Playa Guiones, your accomodation is everything you want it to be - comfortable, luxurious, beautiful, spacious, and clean.
  • Meals
    3 vegetarian and predominantely gluten and dairy free meals daily, prepared by our private chef, using local and fresh produce. Any dietary requirements are catered for.
  • Theory
    Daily Naturopathic, nutritional and Ayurvedic theory exploring topics such as mental health, the endocrine system, gastro-intestinal health and preventative medicine principles.
  • Yoga
    Daily yoga, in various forms to complement the theory. Yoga forms include Kundalini, vinyassa, hormone yoga, yin.
  • Surf Lessons
    Your own private surf instructor will work with you, meeting you at whichever level you are at. Surf photography and videography for technique improvement and memories are also included.
  • Transport
    Transport to and from the Airport and to and from the beaches for surf lessons are included.
  • Anything not on schedule
    We aim to provide everything you require for your stay, so you can pay once, then relax and not think about anything else! However, any extra activities you desire, you may need to pay extra.

THEME: FEMALE HORMONES


FEMALE HORMONES& THE ENDOCRINE SYSTEM


6-9:00am:

  • Pranayama with a hormone & gland focused meditation.
  • Surfing (90 - 120 min) with instructors. 

9am:

  • Breakfast

10am - 11:30:

  • 5  minute Dance Shake-off
  • Theory: The female hormone system  & interactions around the body (Including overview, nutritional biochemistry, interaction with stressors, thyroid & nervous system).
  • Brief meditation on the hormones and journaling time

11:30-2:00:

  • Lunch & Break

2:00:

  • 5 minute Dance Shake-off
  • Reflection and discussion on the role of hormones in our lives.
  • Discussion on the prevalence of eating disorders and how we can promote a healthier view of our bodies. 

3 - 4:30:

  • Hormone Yoga  90min 

4:30 onwards:

  • Sunset/Free Time 

6:00:

  • Dinner
