• There is no cancellation fee if you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance. Depending on your payment method, a 1 - 2.9% transaction cost will be retained.
• If you cancel between 3 to 6 calendar days in advance, you will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 2 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• Exceptions: Covid-19, political reasons, inclement weather. If you cancel your tour between the day booked to 1 calendar day due to Covid-19-related reasons or the ones mentioned above, you may choose to reschedule your tour to a future date or ask for a refund for the total price of the tour. - 12:45 Lunch at a restaurant in the Pacoche Forest
