We will be visiting Dakar, Senegal, including Goree Island, and we will also spend a few days on the beach in Saly, Senegal.

We have a week of exciting activities planned, you do not want to miss this!!!!

For CRNA’s: Away with Rhay has teamed up with Ascend Anesthesia! When you join us in Senegal, you will receive a custom seminar brochure for your trip to Senegal and access to 25 MAC Ed credits at a discounted rate and preapproved by the AANA! You can complete these at your own pace! You may also be able to write this trip off as a CRNA conference since you will be completing CEU’s and/or be receive reimbursement by your employer if applicable. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you request  a cancellation, you must do so via email at awaywithrhay@gmail.com. 

Refunds will be granted as follows once requested by email :

31 or more days before the first scheduled day of the trip: 50% of amount paid can be refunded(not including deposit which is non-refundable)

30 days or less before the first scheduled day of the trip: No refunds will be granted.

While Away With Rhay does not offer travel insurance, it is highly recommended you purchase a travel insurance policy.

Please Read Before Booking Your Flight!

Please note: The trip commences on November 29, 2026, but if you are coming from the USA you will more than likely have to book a flight on November 28th, 2026 due to the time difference (Senegal is 5 hrs ahead). You must arrive in Dakar, Senegal by November 29th 2026.  If you arrive before or after this date, you will be responsible for transportation from the airport and if you arrive beforehand you will be responsible for your own lodging accommodations. 

Please email Away With Rhay the flight information for the flight you are looking to book BEFORE you book your flight. (Awaywithrhay@gmail.com) This will help to avoid booking flights for the wrong date or destination ( YES, it has happened and when it does there is nothing we can do to help so please send the flight before you book!) This will also allow us to facilitate airport transportation for everyone. We will advise you of the timeframe you should arrive if you'd like the included airport transportation. 

Visa and Passport Information

Please ensure your passport is valid until at least May 29, 2027 and that it has at least one blank page.

A visa is NOT required for US citizens. If you do not have a United States passport please let us know as soon as you book so that we can check the visa requirements if applicable.

Travel Agreement & Waiver- PLEASE READ!

Please be advised that you will be sent a  travel agreement & waiver form via email after submitting your deposit. You must sign and email back to Awaywithrhay@gmail.com no later than 60 days before the trip (September 29th, 2026)If you would like to be sent the waiver prior to placing your deposit, please request one via email Awaywithrhay@gmail.com
