Today after an included breakfast at the resort we will depart on a local guided Singing Nashville City Tour. We will then return and board the General Jackson Showboat for a lunch cruise. Returning to the resort you have plenty of free time at the resort to take in ICE, life size ice sculptures with a themed story (2023 theme TBA) and enjoy the Delta Flatboat Ride. This evening we will enjoy Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theatre.

After your included breakfast we will enjoy a Backstage Grand Ole Opry Daytime Tour – Walk in the footsteps of country music’s superstars and get an exclusive look at what happens behind the scenes of the show that made country music famous with a 50-minute backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry House. Hear stories about the Opry and country music greats with exclusive photos from the Opry’s biggest moments. See the artist entrance where stars walk into the world-famous Opry House every night. You may even have the chance to step on stage and into the wooden circle! 

We will have free time downtown Nashville where you can enjoy lunch or browsing on Broadway. Then back to the Gaylord Opryland resort for some free time before we enjoy dinner at Paula Deen's Family Kitchen. 

This evening enjoy the Grand Ole Opry Show with Tier 1 Seats.

 Today we depart for Clarksville, TN, starting the day off with a wonderful catered breakfast. Be sure to warm up those vocal cords for a wonderful Christmas Carol sing along. Join in by wearing your ugly Christmas sweater. We will be judging for the best ugly sweater in the group! Who knows… you may win the prize! See a live theater performance at the Roxy Regional Theatre (production TBA). Explore downtown Clarksville and enjoy lunch on your own – Remember to bring your stocking! You’ll want to visit the list of participating stores that have a “stuff your stocking event”. We will then do a Tour and Tasting at Beachaven Winery – You will be greeted with a glass of hot mulled wine, learn about the wine making process, and taste 4 different samples in a flight of wines. 

After our time downtown we will check into the Hilton Garden Inn for 2 nights and then enjoy Dinner at Oak Grove Gaming – enjoying a traditional holiday meal before being entertained by the songs and sounds of Passenger Creek. This group of talented bluegrass musicians deliver an exciting evening of traditional bluegrass tunes and holiday favorites. Keep a lookout! A jolly guest may join you... The evening will then end with a Holiday Dancing drive thru Lights at the Clarksville racetrack that will top off the day!

 After breakfast at the hotel we depart for Bon Aqua, TN. We will visit the home of Johnny Cash’s Storyteller Hideaway Farm - Owned by Johnny Cash. For more than 30 years, he commonly referred to the farm as the “center of my universe.” From the holiday decorations to the farmhouse and the legendary “One Piece at a Time Car,” Johnny Cash Fans will be delighted by this stop. In 1976, Johnny Cash filmed half of his annual televised Christmas special at the farm. See a Christmas show at the Storyteller Museum featuring scenes from that television special and live music from Johnny’s nephew, Mark Alan Cash. It will be a wonderful morning of nostalgia and music that will leave you delighted and ready for Christmas. All of this and a catered lunch as well. 

It is then off to visit Miss Lucille’s Marketplace - The marketplace offers shopping carts for all your finds, wide aisles because you can expect a crowd, and handicap accessibility. With over 200 vendors, you might need a break or a bite, so stop by the in-store cafe for some coffee or dessert. Return to the Hotel after for a brief rest. 

Then enjoy a Dinner Event at a Local Venue featuring headliner entertainment, The Frontmen of Country Music. The Frontmen features the dynamic voices of 90’s country legends: Richie McDonald (formerly of Lonestar), Larry Stewart (of Restless Heart) and Tim Rushlow (formerly of Little Texas). For tonight’s performance, they will include a host of their classic Christmas tunes!

 After an included breakfast we will check out and depart for Pigeon Forge, TN – time zone changes to Eastern Time. Upon arrival you have included admission to Dollywood’s Smoky Mountain Christmas. Enjoy the afternoon & evening at Dollywood. Our luggage will be waiting for us in our rooms as we check into the Holiday Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Convention Center for 2 Nights.

 After an included breakfast at the hotel, we will enjoy a Guided Smoky Mountain National Park Tour. With a local guide, explore Great Smoky Mountains National Park (UNESCO) – the United States’ most visited national park. Stop at various lookouts on your way to Newfound Gap, which boasts views of both Tennessee and North Carolina. Then there will be an independent lunch Downtown Gatlinburg, which has many little shops and eateries, and it may remind you of Banff or Jasper as it is a mountain town. 

Tonight, we will have dinner at the local restaurant, and then it is off to the Country Tonite Christmas Show - The magic of Christmas abounds as the talented renditions of Christmas favorites combined with beautiful choreography, brightly decorated holiday sets and colourful costumes bring the enchantment of Christmas to the Country Tonite stage. Toys will also come alive in the magical song “Where are you Christmas.” Tonight, we will enjoy a Winterfest Lights Drive to end our evening. 

After your included breakfast it is time to head back to Nashville to catch your flights home, be dropped off at the airport. You will leave Tennessee full of Christmas Spirit to take home and continue into the holiday season back in Canada.
