These are trying times. We are being asked to sit in discomfort and uncertainty like we have never been before. Pushed to examine our internal selves and surface beliefs, patterns and ways of being that may be creating barriers to showing up in community. Through movement and art, Jen and Lila will help you open to deeper parts of yourself. Be a conduit for that which is buried - what is simply waiting to arise. In this virtual retreat you will engage in Yoga and Pilates based movement, guided meditation, art and writing.
Lila and Jen are committed to creating brave and nurturing spaces for learning, moving, and sharing. They believe in the transformative power of movement and art. The retreat is split into two- two hour blocks with a break in between for lunch. A Spotify playlist will be provided.

About Jen:
Jen Ammenti uses various creative forms to excavate and process memories and narrative moments. Her most recent methodology applies text and collage in the construction of 6-word memoirs. Inspired by the interplay of explicit language and symbolic imagery, Jen explores the edge between public and private processing of our lived experience.
