We are so happy you are joining us for this epic Acro Adventure in one of the most amazing islands in the world... BIG ISLAND, HAWAII.

We have put together an epic week for you, full of great acro workshops and unforgettable experiences around the island. Not only are you going to level up your acro skills, but you will get the chance to explore Hawaii like never before. 

The Acro workshops are for everybody, anyone at any skill level can take part, and we will customize all the classes to your skill level - basic, intermediate, or advanced. There are 6 Acro Workshops scheduled for the duration of the retreat, as well as 4 jams (free play time).

For your better enjoyment, we require that all guests have some previous exposure to acrobatics. Each participant should have attended 5-8 classes/workshops and attended several jams. These requirements are in place for you to maximize your fun at this event :).

MEET YOUR COACHES

Kate has been wildly passionate about Acro and has been practicing for the last 11 years. She trained under Coach Lux and attended his teacher training program in 2015. For the last 10 years she has held many regular acro classes in different parts of the world, taught workshops across the USA and hosted acro retreats in Mexico and Hawaii. She started as a Yoga Teacher, getting certified in Hawaii in 2012 and has also been a health and wellness coach for the last decade. She is excited to help others reconnect with their body, get inspired, and bring their life force energy through movement, nature and self study.

Nesto is a nomad and has been traveling around the world, teaching acro, for the last two years. He is passionate about acro and helping other people learn this amazing practice. Nesto enjoys everything acro… Standing Acro, L-Basing, Icarian, Dance Lifts, and more.

Nesto is also a handstand/calisthenics coach and has helped so many people reach their full physical potential.

The Villa -

We welcome you to join us at this powerful, sacred location where new land is being formed by lava every day. Enjoy our magical venue, Kahuna Falls, a private, tropical sanctuary in the middle of the jungle with ocean views, luxury accomodations, and  a private waterfall outside of Hilo Hawaii. 

We will have this retreat center all to ourselves this week, so let’s make it our own Acro play ground. 

Relax and enjoy your free time while our chef works to create meals that cater to your preferences and dietary needs. With our chef's skills and dedication, you won't have to worry about cooking during your stay and can indulge in the convenience of having freshly cooked meals served to you daily.

All the rooms are extremely cozy, spacious, and comfortable.

The yoga shala is beautiful and inside the retreat center. So join us, relax, and enjoy this beautiful place in the heart of Big Island.
