About this trip

Activate Your Inner Guide Ceremony

At Earth Sanctuary Whidbey Island, WA

Oct 22, 2022 11:00 am - 5:30 pm

Experience the liminal space of what it means to truly unplug and connect to your inner strength.

In a time when you are always plugged in, it can be hard to slow down and reset. What if you spent the day unplugged? What could you create during this time?  What insights could come from this time? What healing could you receive?

Inner connection happens when you unplug from the world. The new moon is on Oct 25th and so the energy will start to align for the full moon. This is a great time to start releasing and shedding off layers so that you can begin to feel, see and hear your inner truth loud and clear.

During our day ceremony, you can expect:

  • Mindful Movements like yoga, earthing/walking, dancing
  • Guided Journaling and reflecting for time to express and shed what is no longer serving you
  • Cacao and Love Activation
  • Release and letting go practices like energy healing, sound healing, chanting, restorative poses, mantra meditation
  • Clear the pathway for new insight and love with a beautiful community and container

…………

At the Earth Sanctuary, you will be easily connected with the heart of Mother Earth. Her resonant heartbeat could be thought of as the Schumann resonance. When you are able to unplug, the deeper connection you will receive to yourself, Mother Earth, and your heart.  The insights and connections flow without the cloud or noise taking up any space.

A ceremonial gathering simply means that we create the most intentional space together, honoring all of our journeys to arrive here and now.

This trip was an incredible experience! The hosts, Argentina and Brenda, are knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and amazing teachers! The location is affordable, stunning, and immersive! Gitana Del Mar is an incredible retreat center, very accommodating to guests and connected to the community around them. This was my first retreat and I 100% enjoyed every moment of it! The experience is worth your time and investment!

The owners of the retreat center were wonderful people. Warm and very hospitable. The food was great and I especially enjoyed the fish and dessert. I enjoyed the yoga and meditation. Our group was small so we were able to get more hands on assist and adjustments. The yoga room was surrounded by trees, and lots of birds, which added great energy .

I loved everything about the Spring Awakening Retreat in Panama with Brenda and Argentina—the varied, thoughtfully planned, and deep-digging yoga practices, the perfectly appointed Istmo Retreat Center, and most of all the sense of community instilled among the brilliant women on the retreat.

This retreat turned out to be even better than I expected, and I had high expectations! Brenda and Argentina's yoga and meditation classes were perfection, the retreat center they chose was amazing, and every last detail was well thought through so I didn't have to do anything other than focus on my wellness. :) I will be joining them on another retreat as soon as possible, and I will be talking about this experience for months, I'm sure. I highly, highly recommend!
