8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.: Light breakfast / Small group conversations with hosts
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.: Yoga with Mila followed by morning bliss meditation with Shanti
10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Group check-in, sharing circle and instructions for the day
11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: Group session #1 with Kelley - “Progress not Perfection"
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m: Lunch
2:15 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.: Group session #2 with Meg - “Embracing Feminine Energy through Menopause”
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.: Relaxation time for spa, paddle boarding, kayaking, beach activities, riding bikes or relaxing with friends. Or join a small group yoga and resistance training. Hosts will be available for impromptu beach or poolside discussions as they organically arise.
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Dinner
8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m: Evening program with Shanti
