Registration Packages

Private Single Room — $620 per Brother, plus applicable service fees
Includes a private hotel room with no roommate.
Shared Double Room — $420 per Brother, plus applicable service fees
Includes shared hotel accommodations for two registered Brothers. Each occupant must register separately and pay $420. During registration, please provide the full name of your spouse, partner, or roommate and indicate whether you prefer one king bed or two queen beds. Roommate matching available. Bed preferences for couples are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed. Although every effort will be made to accommodate roommate preferences, specific roommate matches cannot be guaranteed. The Registration Team will contact you if a suitable match is unavailable.
Summit Only — $320 per Brother, plus applicable service fees
Includes Summit Registration but does not include hotel lodging.
Please be advised the utilizing your bank account and routing number will save money in processing fees at the time of payment.

Important Pricing & Registration Notice

Both shared-room occupants should select the Shared Double Room package and list each other on their individual registrations so the Registration Team can match them properly.

All package prices are per Brother, not per room.

Every Brother must complete and submit an individual registration.

For the Shared Double Room package, both occupants must register separately and pay $420 each.

Two Brothers = Two Separate Registrations

Do not attempt to register your spouse, partner, or roommate on your registration.

Each Brother must register separately.

Each Brother must:

Submit his own registration
Provide his own Brother information
Select the Shared Double Room package
List the other Brother's name (spouse, partner, or roommate preference)

Listing another Brother as your spouse, partner, or roommate does not complete that Brother’s registration.

What's included

Airport Transportation

Complimentary Best Western Plus airport shuttle service between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and the hotel, subject to the hotel’s operating schedule and availability.

Hotel Lodging

Friday and Saturday night lodging is included with Single Room and Double Room registration packages. Summit only registrants will not receive lodging.

Roommate Matching

If you do not already have a preferred roommate, the Registration Team will assist with matching you with another registered Brother. Roommate assignments will include two separate beds.
