Registration Packages
Private Single Room — $620 per person
Includes a private hotel room with no roommate.Shared Double Room — $420 per person
Includes shared hotel accommodations for two registered participants. Each occupant must register separately and pay $420. During registration, please provide the full name of your spouse, partner, or roommate and indicate whether you prefer one king bed or two queen beds. Bed preferences are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.Summit Only — $320 per person
Includes Summit participation but does not include hotel lodging.
Important Pricing and Registration Notice
All package prices are per person, not per room. Every participant must complete and submit an individual registration.
For the Shared Double Room package, both occupants must register separately and pay $420 each.
One $420 registration covers only one participant and does not register or pay for a spouse, partner, or roommate.
Two Brothers = Two Separate Registrations
Please do not combine registration forms.
Each Brother must:
Submit his own registration
Provide his own participant information
Select the Shared Double Room package
List the other person as his spouse, partner, or roommate
Listing another person as your spouse, partner, or roommate does not complete that person’s registration.
Both shared-room occupants should select the Shared Double Room package and list each other on their individual registrations so the Registration Team can match them properly.

What's included
Airport Transportation
Complimentary Best Western Plus airport shuttle service between Atlanta International Airport and the hotel, subject to the hotel’s operating schedule.
Hotel Lodging
Friday and Saturday night lodging is included with Single Room and Double Room registration packages.

Hotel Parking
Hotel parking for Friday and Saturday is included with each registration package, up to $20 total ($10 per day). Registrants are responsible for parking beyond the two included days.

Admission to scheduled health and wellness programming, brotherhood gatherings, community-building activities, and other ASR Summit experiences.
Brotherhood Sessions
ASR Brotherhood, Networking & Engagement Sessions featuring meaningful conversation, shared learning, relationship-building, and connection.
ASR Café
Conversation, Connection & Community—a welcoming space for brothers to relax, engage in meaningful dialogue, and strengthen relationships.
Summit T-Shirt
One official 16th Annual ASR Health & Wellness Summit T-shirt in the size selected during registration
What's not included
Sunday Night
Sunday-night lodging is not included. Guests wishing to remain Sunday night must arrange and pay for an additional hotel night separately.
Sunday Parking
Sunday parking is $10.
Hotel Incidentals
Personal hotel expenses and incidental charges are not included. Guests are responsible for any additional charges made directly to their rooms.
