FLIGHTS

When looking for flights, please be mindful of the long flight times. Due to the time zone, you will arrive on the date after your original departure. 

Example: If your arrival date is September 1st, you will need to leave your city on either August 30th or August 31st depending on the route you choose. 

Bali airport name = Denpasar Airport (DPS)

If you need help booking flights, an option to receive booking assistance from our agents will be available as an add-on.

PRICING AND PAYMENT PLANS 

There will be a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking.

 There will also be an option to pay all up-front. Payment plan packages with 4 installments up until 30 days before the departure date are available to book at no extra cost.

PACKAGE OPTIONS 

Double Occupancy: $3,490 (This is the price for 1 traveler. Double occupancy means that you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender. If you wish to request a certain roommate or to have 1 large bed in your room than 2 separate beds, please e-mail info@tworldtours)

 Single Occupancy: $3,990 (This is the price for 1 traveler to have a room with 0 additional roommates) 

PAYMENT PLANS 

Payment plans with 4 installments up until 30 days before departure will be available for both the Double Occupancy Room in addition to the Single Occupancy Rooms.
You can pay upfront, OR choose a payment plan for no additional cost.

ADD ONS

Upon booking, there will be an option to purchase add-ons. There are free add-ons such as the ATV'ing, Massage, and White Water Rafting for your free day. Please choose ONE.
There is also an option to purchase an alcohol package for the Mega Yacht Cruise. 

CANCELLATIONS & LATE FEES

You are able to cancel your trip for a full refund (minus the deposit) up to 45 days before the trip. Cancellations made less than 45 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of all payments made (minus the deposit). If you are 7 days late for a payment plan installment, you will be charged an additional $50.  We will automatically send reminder emails to the participants:

• 7 days before the due date
• 3 days before the due date
• on the day of the due date
• "Late notice" 2 days after the due date
