About this trip

Escape with Tiffany Chandler to Lake Atitlan, a magical crater lake located in the heart of Guatemala. This retreat will provide you with the perfect opportunity to invest in yourself and celebrate your uniqueness, as well as explore a remote and sacred part of the world that will open your heart and your perspective to what could be.

What can you expect on this retreat?

Our journey begins with an overnight stay in the colonial city of Antigua, where our community will gather and connect for the first time. You'll have time to explore the unique architecture, rooftop bars & restaurants, and boutiques of Antigua prior to meeting up for a welcome dinner that evening. We highly recommend coming in a night early, if you can, to enjoy even more time in this city!

On day 2, we will make our way to Lomas de Tzununa, a lakefront hotel with a relaxing vibe, and stunning views of Lake Atitlan. Once there, you will have ample opportunity to experience the Mayan culture of Lake Atitlan, connect with nature, practice yoga in community, and create your own adventure.

Our time together will include daily, optional, yoga and meditation classes with Tiffany, locally sourced meals, two included cultural and adventure-driven excursions, and plenty of time for you to relax and recharge amongst the stunning hillside grounds of Lomas de Tzununa and Lake Atitlan.  Our retreat center features an on-site pool, temazcal sauna, and restaurant / lounge area, all available for you to enjoy!

Outdoor lovers will have ample opportunity to partake in many activities throughout our week including: kayaking, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, horseback riding, zip lining, and paragliding, to name a few. Cultural activities include local cooking, weaving, and beading classes. Boat rides are readily available to visit neighboring Mayan villages where you can enjoy local foods, markets, and some of the best textile and arts shopping in Central America.

Come experience Guatemala with Tiffany and an amazing group of humans. This week will change your life, if you let it. ;)

An incredible trip was hassle-free, and I did not need to worry about how to get transportation or accommodation was excellent. Ian and Kristen are amazing. They know all the local spots and some people around wherever we went, and overall it was fun. I would make another trip with their help; Guatemala was incredible, all except for the stars that I had to get up and down on to get to where we were staying, but in better shape for them now. Thank you for a fantastic experience, and I will never forget the cliff jumping and adventures to the various towns lots to do and to see. -Paulina

This trip was so great! I enjoyed every aspect of the experience. SolSeed put together a perfect itinerary with a good amount of scheduled excursions and some blocks of free time. The meals were wonderful! And Tina was just delightful. Full of so much knowledge, very helpful when any need arose, calm and collected, professional without being stuffy. Just all around a wonderful representative. I would do it all again, for sure!!
