About this trip
Join CC Martin & Carolyn Stuart, co-owners of C2 Body, for 5 nights / 6 days of Adventure and Wellness in the Azores, Portugal.
Magical, lush. rejuvenating--- words are sometimes just not enough! Come see for yourself! For those who missed our first one- AND for those who want a repeat. We had such a spectacular time and can't wait to share it with you again.
The Azores are a magical, volcanic land, full of natural, raw beauty, a temperate climate and endless outdoor activities. Truly an adventure lovers paradise, and just under 5 hours from Boston.
Our days will include always optional Pilates and Barre classes with CC and Carolyn, as well as hikes to some of the most stunning vistas on the island, soaks in natural hot springs, and exploration of neighboring towns and beaches.
There will also be plenty of time for relaxation amongst the property of our oceanfront, 4-star eco-beach resort. All meals (with the exception of 2 lunches) are included, and will be nourishing, fresh, and delicious, so that you can get a true taste of Azorean fare.

*Airfare to Ponta Delgada (PDL) - we will provide you with info on which exact flights to book upon trip minimums being met. We fly SATA (Azores) Air and they let you bring one checked bag AND one personal piece of sporting equipment (surfboard, bike, etc.) for FREE!

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT FLIGHTS & CHECK IN
Please note that while the official start date of this trip is October 13th, you will need to take a red eye flight from BOS (Boston) to PDL (Azores) on the evening of October 12th.
We will send you flight recommendations once trip minimums are met. If you choose to book flights other than these recommended ones, you will be responsible for paying for your own airport transfers, which will run you roughly 20 - 25 EURO each way.
Check-in at Santa Barbara Eco-Resort on our arrival day is at 2:30pm. If you would like an early check-in to your room when you arrive at the resort at 7am there is an added cost for this. Please email info@solseedretreats.com to inquire about availability and pricing for your early check-in.
Refund Policy & Trip Insurance
All retreats include a $500 non-refundable / non-transferable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. SolSeed Retreats cannot make exceptions to its cancellation policy as costs are incurred prior to the Retreat Start Date.
The purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended for this trip, which will protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, family emergencies, illness, injury, etc. If you decide not to purchase travel insurance, you are assuming 100% of any costs incurred for trip cancellation or trip interruption. There are a variety of travel insurance policies and options, so read carefully what is covered, and don't hesitate to contact World Nomads customer service with any questions.
Passport Requirements
You must have a valid passport to travel to the Azores, Portugal. Please check your passport expiration date and make sure it is valid for at least 3 months after the end date of your retreat.
A Visa is not required for US Citizens visiting the Azores, unless you're staying in the EU for more than 90 days in a 6 month period.
No special shots or immunizations are necessary for visiting the Azores.
Available Packages
This beautiful villa features two bedrooms, a shared living area with kitchenette and outdoor seating area, which you will share with 1-2 other people, plus your roommate. The Villa has 2 bathrooms, a shower and a tub (some Villas have European-style bathrooms that feature the soaking tub in the living area).
If you do not sign up with a roommate, we will pair you with a like-minded retreater.

These Studios feature an open style floor plan with one double bed, private bath, kitchenette, and living area. The studios share a plunge pool with exclusive use shared by other studio guests.
These studios are first come, first serve, and are per resort availability only. Once you have placed your deposit, availability will be confirmed.
