About this trip

Focusing on Thai Yoga Massage, meditation, Buddhist philosophy and authentic Thai culture, we will explore how Asian healing traditions, belief systems and lifestyles impact one’s mental, emotional and physical well-being.

  • Visit the Grand Palace and Wat Pho.
  • Spend 4 days at a remote Thai temple exploring Buddhist philosophy, traditional Thai healing methods, chanting and silent meditation.
  • Explore the historic ruins of the ancient capital Ayutthaya.
  • Experience the charm of the night train to Chiang Mai.
  • Take a traditional Thai herbal steam bath and other healing treatments while in Chiang Mai.  
  • Travel to the eastern mountains of Chiang Dao.
  • Climb to the hill top temple of Chiang Dao and then descend into the depths of an ancient sanctuary cave.
  • Commune with the amazing rescued elephants of the Elephant Nature Park – feed, bathe and learn about these magnificent creatures.
  • Live in an earthen hut within reach of some of Thailand’s most beautiful and pristine national forest. Learn organic farming, natural building and Thai cooking techniques.
  • Complete 30 hours of Thai Yoga Massage training with focus on Traditional Supine, Sen, Prone and Inverted Techniques.
  • Learn Thai Herbal Compress Techniques (Luk Pra Kob)
  • Explore Chiang Mai’s night market and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

This journey is for anyone interested in expanding their perspective on health, deepening their sense of self, strengthening their ties to the global community and cultivating new skills and friendships in an exotic and magical Kingdom affectionately known as the “Land of Smiles.”


No massage, yoga or meditation experience necessary!

Orientation/Explore Bangkok

Get acquainted with your fellow travelers, explore Thai metropolitcan culture, learn some basic Thai language skills, visit the night market and the Grand Palace, get a massage at Wat Pho, and set the tone for a safe and satisfying journey.
