Shared Accommodations:  For 2 guests, 2 separate beds

Private Accommodations: For 1 guest, 1 bed

For Non-Yogi Partners/Spouses joining the journey, we offer a Companion in Grace package (double accommodations) that includes all the beauty, connection and curated experiences of Aegean Grace- minus the yoga.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Early Registration Ends on August 31, 2025
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your spot for this retreat

1st payment (50% of your balance) is due on November 4, 2025 

Final payment due on February 1, 2026

If you are a single traveler, and would like to share a room, we will do our best to match you up with a room mate.  However, if unable to find a roommate by February 1st, your booking will be converted to the single occupancy rate.   

In the event you need to cancel for any reason, you must submit your request to cancel in writing to robin@outerbanksyoga.com

Cancellations made up to 90 days prior, (Feb 1, 2026) may receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid less the $500 non-refundable deposit.  

Due to the extensive preparation required to deliver a seamless and enriching retreat experience, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after February 1, 2026. At this point, significant, non-refundable expenses have been incurred, and these commitments are essential to ensure the high-quality experience we aim to provide. All participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance which can provide financial coverage in case of cancellations, trip interruptions or medical emergencies while traveling.

Travel insurance is an invaluable safeguard for your journey, offering peace of mind and protection against the financial burdens of unforeseen circumstances and saving you money if things go wrong. 

Travel medical coverage is especially crucial when traveling abroad, providing access to necessary care in case of illness or injury and covering emergency evacuations, offering security in even the most challenging situations.  

It is recommended that all travelers strongly consider purchasing travel insurance that includes cancel for any reason coverage, baggage coverage, medical coverage while traveling and emergency evacuation.
