Thank you for such a wonderful trip. The location was gorgeous, the food delicious, the company divine. Who doesn't want to do aerial yoga and go hiking in one of the prettiest places in the world! The hut was super comfortable to boot. I thought it would be more like camping, but instead enjoyed being warm inside and having the amenities of a home.

Peace Love and Aerial Yoga has such a nurturing, supportive and kind staff. This training was thorough and involved a lot about learning how to teach well in general, which as a fitness professional I found really useful. PLAY's instructors are experienced and knowledgeable- Tracy and Leisha both bring very different backgrounds and focus to the training that really makes the experience broad and accessible to all participants.
