This is a powerful invitation from Antonia Callas and Nicole Shubalis to join us on a light-filled wellness retreat on the sacred island of Crete, Greece.

Aetheria is the goddess of radiant light and the daughter of the sun god Helios. She is our guide for the week, reconnecting us our own magnetic soul light, inspiring joy, freedom and a renewed sense of pleasure.

Born from the sea and crowned by the mountains, Crete is a place where you will fall into the rhythm of nature’s pulse. Over the course of 7 days you'll bask in the glorious light, unplugging completely from daily life, and sharing laughter, delicious food, and the kind of connections that stay with you long after the week is over.  

You'll experience a variety of wellness practices such as dance movement, yoga, guided meditation, nutrition, and bodywork. We'll hike Samaria gorge, experience delicious wine and olive oil tastings, visit a pink sand beach, and enjoy a sunset sail on a catamaran.

We'll be staying near the port town of Chania, a charming place where small boutiques and tavernas wind through cobblestone streets crowned with bougainvillea.

Nicole is a skilled chef with a background in fitness and yoga. She is passionate about nourishing people through food, movement & connection. She is currently embracing a new chapter of life in Crete and finds her inspiration in the Mediterranean way of living.

Antonia Callas is an embodied dance movement specialist, yogi, spiritual guide, feminine priestess and lover of all things Greek. Her passion for Greece inspired her to bring others to this extraordinary country, and since 2020 she has led transformational retreats that offer renewal, joy, pleasure, and deep connection. She leads from an authentic, heart-centered space that is firmly rooted in the holistic Greek ideals of Body, Mind and Spirit.
