Discover the magic of Kenya on a curated safari that balances thrilling adventure with the kind of once-in-a-lifetime memories you’ll never forget. From the misty highlands of Aberdare to the tranquil waters of Lake Naivasha and the wild beauty of the Masai Mara, each stop brings something unforgettable.

Over the course of the journey, we’ll enjoy seven game drives in search of the Big Five, hike to a hidden waterfall, and even try your hand at rock climbing in Hell’s Gate. Along the way, we’ll share a magical bush dinner at sunset and wrap up with a visit to Nairobi’s Giraffe Centre for an up-close encounter with these gentle giants. With breathtaking scenery, handpicked lodges, and experiences you’ll talk about for years, this safari is the perfect mix of adventure, comfort, and discovery.


You’ll return home with lifelong memories and, with a bit of luck, incredible photos of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and more! With towering peaks, vibrant forests, and massive savannah grasslands, Kenya provides the picture-perfect setting for your African adventure. 

Costs and Payments

Your spot will be secured when we receive your deposit. Upon receipt, the deposit paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.


Below are the payment schedules:

Payment plans can be arranged and set up to assist with paying in full by the deadline. In the event that you need to cancel your trip, these fees will be applied:  

• Between Now and April  1 - operator retains only non-refundable deposit 

• Between April 2 and April 30 - operator retains 50% of the tour price 

• Between May 1 and May 14 - operator retains 75% of the tour price 

• May 15 through departure - operator retains 100% of tour price    


Additionally, the tour is listed as a package, and no price adjustments will be given if someone chooses to leave the trip early or "opt-out" of an included activity.

All Meals

Beginning with lunch on the first day of the trip, 5 breakfasts, 6 lunches, & 5 dinners are included.

5 Game Drives

With 2 safari game drives in Aberdare National Park & 3 more in Masai Mara, we’ll have plenty of opportunities to view animals such as elephants, black rhinos, leopards, & hyenas, among others.

Hell’s Gate Bike Safari

Hell’s Gate National Park’s sweeping cliffs inspired the Lion King. You’ll be able to bike through this National Park and spot buffalo, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, and giraffes. 

Boat Safari

Explore Lake Naivasha by boat, spotting hippos, waterbirds, and enjoying sweeping lake views—an unforgettable, relaxing safari experience on the water.

Nature Walk

Enjoy a guided nature walk in Aberdare National Park, observing giraffes, zebras, and forest wildlife up close, while immersing yourself in the serene highland landscapes

Waterfall Hike

Hit the trails in Aberdare’s dense forests, uncover a hidden waterfall, and take in the serene beauty of Kenya’s highlands along the way.

Giraffe Centre Visit

Visit Nairobi’s Giraffe Centre, feed Rothschild’s giraffes up close, and explore the conservation work protecting these iconic Kenyan animals.

Rock Climbing

Rock climb the 25-meter Fischer’s Tower in Hell’s Gate National Park, surrounded by towering cliffs, deep gorges, volcanic formations, and breathtaking Rift Valley views.

Sunset Bush Dinner

Watch the sun set over the savannah as you enjoy a bush dinner, with local flavors, a warm campfire, and the sounds of the African wild.

5 Night Stay

Five nights and six days. Two beds per room, shared with one other person. Reach out to add a day before or after the trip dates for additional costs.

All city transfers

Pick up at the Nairobi Airport, round-trip, ground transportation in a safari land cruiser throughout the trip, & drop off on the final day at your hotel or the Nairobi airport is included.

Visa & Passport

A valid passport with more than 6 months validity and a Kenyan evisa are required to enter the country.

Vaccinations

Proof of yellow fever immunizations are required for entry into the country. Malaria tablets also are highly recommended.

Other Meals and Alcohol

Breakfast on day one as well as dinner on the final day are not included. Travelers are responsible for paying for their own alcohol throughout the trip.

Day One

Nairobi to Aberdare National Park

Beginning at 9 a.m. you will be picked up from the airport or your hotel in Nairobi and the group will head out on scenic drive through Kenya’s central highlands, leaving the bustle of Nairobi behind. Arrive at the unique tree lodge, The Ark, perched above a waterhole teeming with wildlife for lunch.

After a lunch with panoramic views of elephants and other animals at the watering hole, embark on out first afternoon game drive of the trip. Aberdare National Park is home to elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white Columbus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs, and bushbucks, among others. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest hogs, bongos, golden cats, Serval cats, African wild cats, African Civet cats, and the Blue Duikers.

Finish the day at Aberdare Country Club with a guided nature walk, getting up close to giraffes and zebras followed by dinner at the hotel.

Day Two

Aberdare to Hell's Gate and Lake Naivasha

After breakfast at the hotel we'll start the day with a safari through Aberdare National Park before setting off on a short waterfall hike. Then, we'll head to Hell’s Gate National Park for a guided bike safari where you'll encounter zebras, baboons, and antelope among towering cliffs and volcanic formations.


We'll enjoy a picnic lunch and then, in the afternoon, our local guide will take us to Fischer's Tower, a 25 meters high calcium volcanic rock. This towering structure was formed by molten rock shooting through a fissure in the ground millions of years ago. For thrill-seekers, you'll be able to rock climb Fischer’s Tower - climbing shoes, harness, and helmet are included.


After an action packed day we’ll head to our hotel, Naivasha Kongoni Lodge, for dinner. 

Day Three

Lake Naivasha – A Day of Exploration and Relaxation

Day three begins with breakfast at the hotel and some free time to enjoy the pool, the hotel grounds, or we can help arrange for a massage, yoga session, or meditation overlooking the lake.


After lunch at the hotel, we head out for a scenic boat safari on the cool, calm waters of Lake Naivasha. Glide past hippos wallowing in the shallows and a variety

of water birds dotting the lake’s surface. Your excursion includes a visit to Crescent Island, a private sanctuary where you’ll enjoy a guided nature walk among free-roaming wildlife such as zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, waterbucks, antelope, and an array of bird species.

After the afternoon’s adventures, return to your lodge for dinner.

Day Four

Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara – Into the Heart of the Wild

On the fourth day of your safari, you will wake up early, have breakfast, and depart for the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive takes approximately

four hours, offering scenic views of the Rift Valley and rural landscapes along the way.

On arrival at Mara Leisure Camp, you'll be welcomed with lunch, followed by time to settle in, drop off your luggage, and refresh before setting off on your first sunset game drive in the Masai Mara. As the light begins to soften and the wildlife becomes more active, you’ll explore the vast savannah in search of lions, elephants, giraffes, and other iconic species. After sunset, return to your camp for dinner and your overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day Five

Masai Mara – Full Day Safari Experience

Day five is a full safari experience. We’ll get an early start with a morning safari game drive where you will see more of the Mara’s great wildlife. Early morning and late afternoon are considered the best times to spot animals at their most active. Return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and the rest of the morning is free.

After lunch, we’ll take a mid-afternoon safari game drive to further explore the reserve. We’ll return to the lodge in the evening for a final sundowner and farewell group dinner.

As darkness falls, a memorable bush dinner, served under the stars and around the campfire. Surrounded by the sounds of the African night, it’s the perfect way to spend your last evening in the wild.

Day Six

Masai Mara to Nairobi – Farewell to the Wild

After an early breakfast, check out and begin the scenic drive back to Nairobi. On the drive back we'll stop for hearty meal at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, known for its open-fire-grilled meats and unique dining

experience.

Following lunch, enjoy a visit to the Giraffe Centre, home to the endangered Rothschild's giraffe. Here, you'll have the opportunity to learn about giraffe conservation and even feed these gentle giants from a raised platform—a wonderful way to end your safari.

Later in the afternoon or early evening, you’ll be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure, carrying with you unforgettable memories of Kenya’s landscapes, wildlife, and culture.
