Friday, August 29th is ✨the night✨ to celebrate our continent’s richness of beauty & culture in the elegance of Afro Ball 2025.

Dress in your best fit, get the group together, and celebrate a night dedicated to African heritage and culture.

👗 Dress code: We encourage guests to dress to the theme or wear their traditional attire. Formal wear is also welcome.

By purchasing, you agree to all stated terms and conditions of Afro Ball 2025. You consent to being photographed and filmed, with the possibility of your image being used in future promotional materials and for archival purposes. If you wish to participate but do not consent to being photographed or recorded, you must formally notify Afro Ball prior to the event.

• This is an 18+ event. IDs will be checked by security
• This venue is wheelchair accessible
• There is a strict no refund policy for this event

This year, we wanted to make Afro Ball as affordable and accessible as possible, so we’ve chosen WeTravel to offer a payment plan option.

How it works:

• You can “Save Your Seat” with just a $25 deposit. 

• Make up to 3 additional payments before the night of the Ball.

• Or, choose to pay in full upfront if you prefer.

Payment T&Cs:

• Your seat at Afro Ball is only guaranteed if you adhere to the instalment payment deadlines.

• If you miss any instalment deadline, your ticket will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

• All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

To save on additional transaction fees, please pay using the BECS Transfer option.
