Classes are led by Mauray Campagna certified AIReal yoga E-RYT 200, RYT-550 & member of the worldwide organization of Yoga Alliance. In Aerial yoga, a fabric hammock is suspended from the ceiling & is utilized to allow students to perform yoga postures with less gravity. Instructor adjusts to students' needs, all skill levels are welcome.

Hawaiin Lomi Nui Massage is an ancient full body massage with lots of oils. This treatment can include; cranio sacral therapy (therapy along your head, spine & cranium for deeper relaxation of muscles), access bar (32 relaxation points on your head), energetic facelifting, foot flex zones & raindrop energetic therapy (using different oils like raindrops on your back).
Therapeutic deep & relaxation massage is an intuitive blend of Hawaiian lomi-lomi, energy work & trigger points maintaining a firm pressure (depending on the specific needs of the client) whilst simultaneously releasing body & mind.
Holistic mind body-soul treatment for deep relaxation to gain inner balance, strength & energy. This treatment includes a fusion of Reiki, Quantum Touch, aromatherapy & reflexology according to client's specific needs.
1 hour Body Work session. Combining deep tissue massage & trigger point therapy which is effective in addressing chronic pain, muscle tightness, & promoting overall relaxation.
1 hour Aguahara flotation therapy. Aguahara is a type of water floatation massage therapy. Sessions focus on somatic healing through gentle massage & the weightlessness of water. Submerge into a profound journey of relaxation & renewal.
1 hour Spiritual Life Coaching session. Spiritual life coaching based on numerology, traditional Chinese medicine & energy flow. Provides a safe & nurturing space for clients to explore their inner selves, beliefs, values & desires to develop a deeper understanding of themselves & to cultivate a stronger connection to their spirituality & purpose.
El Limón Waterfall hike with a private guide, lunch included. Minimum 6 guests required.
