Jodi and Sarah are legit. Their passion for their expertise is palatable. They teach with humor and love. You could sense their care for every participant was sincere. The opportunity to interact with these two unique and gifted women was priceless. Lessons were real world, and smartly taught to bring meaning, empowerment and spirituality to daily living. So glad that we took the leap and registered!

Once again, a well organized trip planned by two phenomenal people. The accommodations were top notch, the facility, the food: excellent. I truly learned a lot and look forward to the next one!

Jodi and Sarah pushed me to revitalize back to realign myself with energy work. These 2 women are heartfelt, genuine, and authentic with everyone. I feel awakened to remove low vibrations and seek higher vibrational activities. I feel motivated again to move my body in a forward motion in mind, body, and soul. And it's been a long time since I felt this way.

I had such an amazing time at Alchemy 101 - Healing Wisdom. Sarah Lemos-Aune and Jodi Dehn work so well together, it was such a fun time. Everyone just clicks together so well - even people you haven't met before end up becoming instant friends. If you have a chance to attend one of these events, I highly recommend it as it was life changing for me - you'll laugh, maybe shed a few tears, but in the end, you will come out with a heart full of love. It was a wonderful experience.

Each retreat keeps getting better and better. I learned so much this weekend and truly consider this space to live and grow a haven. Sarah and Jodi are fabulous teachers and have built a wonderful community together. Can't wait till the next one!
