Your Retreat Leads:
With a combined nearly 3 decades of teaching experience, Heather Grisco and Laura Doiron have taught thousands of classes, workshops, and teacher training programs across the US. Their paths crossed in 2011 in San Diego, CA where Heather owned Bird Rock Yoga studio and where Laura would later begin her teaching career. Since then, they've lead multiple domestic and international retreats, including over 10 retreats to beautiful Sayulita Mexico, and have expanded their yoga communities from San Diego to Hawaii, to Portland OR, and Pensacola FL.
Heather Grisco - Heather is a 2-time yoga studio owner, Reiki master, and world traveler who brings 15+ years of experience working in the wellness industry and a passion for sharing tangible healing practices for everyday well being. She has lead over 20 yoga teacher training programs in CA and AZ and currently resides in Oahu HI where she enjoys surfing, teaching yoga, and planning her next big adventure.

Laura Doiron - Laura is the owner and founder of Pensacola Beach Yoga, a seasoned yoga teacher trainer and teacher mentor, and a rising leader in wellness business management. Laura currently resides in Pensacola FL where she spends most of her time teaching yoga on both land and sea, mentoring yoga teachers, and exploring with her husband and two daughters.
