The communication between the host and travelers was poor. There was no itinerary and excursion times were given last minute. Host left travelers during excursions and texted the tickets. I had to use my data to get my tickets to get in the museum and mosque. I did not receive my sight seeing excursion specified in the itinerary as day 5. I did meet some nice travelers that is why I gave the trip 2 stars. I suggest organization and travel host training.

The itinerary was given when you signed up for the trip, it’s literally how pick the trip. During the Mosque excursion travelers were split up because of the large crowds, but was told beforehand just in case where and what time to meet up at exactly. And because you were with your mom that was in a wheelchair during the excursion. Your mom had to be pushed separately in a wheelchair by the driver. So you all had to go at a slower pace. The day of the sightseeing you stated that you were doing things with your mom instead and left that morning. And the excursion times were given the day before the excursion when it was given by the drivers.

Alex was amazing at communicating all the arrangements and making sure everything ran smoothly. I really enjoyed exploring the island of Grenada and all the excursions — the island tour, rum tasting, chocolate tour, waterfall visit, and local favorites were definite highlights!
The only downside for me was the Royalton Grenada resort. While the property itself was absolutely gorgeous and the spa was incredible, the service was mediocre and the food was pretty disappointing. Overall though, the trip was unforgettable and I’d definitely travel with Black Travel Experience again!

I had such a great time! I like that we did some mainstream excursions as well as things that were more exclusive- I will definitely be traveling with Alex again❤️
