5 night, 50 hour Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training. An opportunity to dive deeper into oneself, this Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training will tap you into the deepest parts of yourself and assist you in the experience of deep fascial release during long held Yin Yoga postures, while embracing the stillness in both body and mind. Learn how to guide your students through specific Yin postures along with the profound healing benefits of Yogic Sleep, which is the gift of Yoga Nidra.
In this program we will cover meridian theory and Yin specific anatomy, and how to effectively use props to assist your students in deepening and supporting their experience. We will dive into the science of Yoga Nidra and understand the effects of this deeply relaxing practice on the body and mind. This program will prepare you to successfully lead a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice and help you to create a safe space for your students to let go and release into their parasympathetic nervous systems.
