Join us for a true authentic experience in Costa Rica where we are cultivating a collaborative and heart centered retreat for deep healing, fun and relaxation.  Indulge in the abundance and inspiration that will be offered, while being immersed in the wonders of the vibrant Costa Rican nature.

These lands are woven with healers, artists, and creatives.  With humans who live in congruence with the cycles of mother nature.  Who have true reverence for the beauty and sacredness that is here.

Together, we will deep dive into the limited beliefs that keep us out of alignment, break them down, and walk each other through to the other side.  An alchemical portal set to focus on your creative endeavors, dreams, divine union with self, and aspirations.

With the busyness and stress of life we can often lose touch with our heart, our deepest desires, and our truth.  There are infinite possibilities to life, for us to create the life of our truest desires with love, joy and happiness. Our retreat is inspired to support you in doing just this. 

This retreat will guide you in getting clarity of what it is that you want most in life by aligning and truly anchoring to your heart. During this retreat you will embrace multiple healing opportunities of movement, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, visualization and ecstatic dance to draw you more into the present moment, to cultivate deep awareness.  Through this awareness  you will be able to clearly see the limiting and negative beliefs that have been holding you back, and gain the tools to put these thoughts in their place. 

Our goal is to bring together like hearted beings who share a desire for  healing, growth, and authentic connection to their heart while bearing witness to the natural beauty of Costa Rica.

This experience offers not only an opportunity to unplug and recharge but more importantly it offers a life changing opportunity of self-development workshops, holistic programming and deep connections with yourself and others. 

As facilitators it was truly important for us to host this experience on land with deep roots, and a property that is connected to heart. Cascada Elysiana retreat center is just this, and was intentionally built to provide true therapeutic healing opportunties while emerged in nature. 

The workshops and holistic programing are led by a highly trained healers and holistic coaches who are inspired to serve you because of their own life changing journeys.

Get ready for a profound shift. 

Set atop a ridge in the valley of San Juan de Dios in Costa Rica, Cascada Elysiana (or Elysian Falls) is a Natural Wonderland, featuring one of Costa Rica's most beautiful waterfalls, accessible only to us and our neighbors at Finca El Encanto, an organic water buffalo ranch across the river.

Our orchards and hiking trails are a reforestation project 30 years in-the-making, exquisitely designed by Eugene Mitchell, who sought to rehabilitate the land surrounding these majestic falls, which had previously been deforested for cattle ranching.
