About this trip
Learn the art, science and practice of healing as you deepen your Yoga practice and Mindful Meditation. Join us and International Yoga teacher, Dawn Stillo, for four days at a majestic mountain retreat. CEC will be offered through Yoga Alliance upon completion of the retreat. All levels of Yoga practice are welcomed as we dive into the Iyengar method, with a focus on alignment of mind body and spirit.
