Its Time to stop just breathing and surviving, and come ALIVE and THRIVE in paradise! Auna Simon and Sunshine Zerda are excited to bring their years of experience teaching yoga, breathwork and movement to this retreat. Sunshine will be our innovative guest DJ. Get ready to move to the beats! We are going to wake up our souls!
This trip will dive deep into wellness, spirituality, adventure and relaxation! We will move, connect, explore, and have so much fun! All activities are outdoors in the open air. Every morning wake up to an incredible view of the turquoise water and white sandy beaches, eat fresh and healthy meals prepared with local produce , and all chemical free. We will explore and snorkel in the Grand Cenote, participate in a Mayan Clay Meditation, includes a deep tissue or Swedish massage, cooking class, dance class, and all workshops led by Auna and Sunshine as well.
