Enjoy the soothing sounds of the flowing water paired with the vibrant sounds of the jungle. Please note, that the path to the Domes is down a short but moderate hill. If you would prefer not to walk a short hill, you may prefer the Jungle Bungalows.

Jeremy Falk, E-RYT 500, embodies 17 years of experience and over 1,000 hours of training in movement sciences, meditation, and positive psychology. He's studied in India and with world-renowned teachers Jason Crandell, Stephanie Snyder, and Janet Stone. His classes are a soulful vinyasa that combines intelligent sequencing and practical philosophy with humor and heart. He offers a challenging, cathartic, and meditative experience that is grounded in ancient wisdom and evolved with a playful spirit.

The Getaway retreat was just what his mama needed! The land it was held on was beautiful and Jeremy and Eliza held such beautiful space for us! The classes were spicy and very nurturing at the same time. morning meditation was so nice to get the day started. food was delicious! Loved connecting with the other group members on the trip! I would not hesitate to book a retreat with E & J again. Thank you for a love filled weekend in the woods!

I've been on many retreats over the last 10 years, and this was one of my absolute favorite experiences. A huge part of the magic was the nature-filled location and the offerings themselves: quiet mornings, lightly guided meditations, innovative & upbeat yoga classes, amazing music, and intentionally crafted heartfelt moments of connection with self & sangha. But another key factor that contributed to my feeling so held & supported by the retreat was how well organized it was. I can't stress this enough! There was such thoughtful attention to detail and clear communication about travel & packing logistics, the schedule & what to expect about offerings, and many accommodations made to ensure that everyone's needs (diet, physical abilities, etc.) were met. Jeremy & Eliza hold space in a way that truly empowers each person to have their own unique experience, whether you're looking for rest, adventure, self reflection, community, and/or meeting your edge. All of it was possible. It's a really hard balance to strike, and I am so grateful for all the love & care they poured into crafting such a restorative and connecting retreat for us all! I can't wait to go on another retreat with these incredible co-creators.

Woooooow. Just wow! I hadn't ever been on retreat with Jeremy and Eliza before, and I'm so glad I did. They put so much intention, wisdom, and wholeheartedness into the retreat experience from beginning to end. From the beautiful and serene location to yummy and nourishing food, to fun and spicy yoga, to deep and connected meditation, to kind and loving fellow retreat guests, it was a 5-star experience all the way around. I especially appreciated the ideal balance of activity and spaciousness on the agenda, with an invitation to participate as much or as little as one wanted to. There were many little surprises along the way, which made the time together extra special. Thank you, Jeremy and Eliza, from the bottom of my heart. This may have been my first retreat with y'all, and it certainly won't be my last ;) With so much love and gratitude! xoxo

JEREMY and ELIZA did it again. What a special space in the rocky mountains. Lovely zen center. Amazing yoga chalet. Great persons. the Yoga does not begin and end with the movement - it is pervasive with the community, discussions, chants, and friends. I left knowing wonderful people, and a calmness that city life does not provide. Looking forward to the next one J&E!
