Join All Bodies Rise Yoga (ABRY) for our Second Annual Yoga and Seva Retreat in Negril, Jamaica! ABRY is dedicated to body positivity, mental wellness, and social justice. Our yoga is gentle, intended to soothe your nervous system and release tension and stress. We want our retreat to be inclusive, and for you to come as you are. No prior yoga experience or expensive yoga pants necessary!
You'll spend 6 days and 5 nights at an intimate, 17 room cliff-side resort. Each room has a private balcony that offers a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Catch some sun on the 1,500 square feet of multi-level cliffside sun decks, or take the stairway to the sea for swimming, snorkeling and cliff diving. This retreat will embody rest and relaxation. A sanctuary to unwind and slow down, and an opportunity to offer *seva.
Between the beaches, breathtaking sunsets, amazing food and the vibrant Jamaican culture – as well as the spirit of the Jamaican people – you'll find yourself falling into step with the island of No Worries. You will enjoy the slow and easy vibes of Jamaica, practice yoga daily, swim in the calm waters of the Caribbean sea, dip in the pool any time you wish, and have the option of heading out for live music and nightlife.
This trip will include gentle, body-positive yoga, meditation and group council, a group snorkeling adventure, a day trip to Treasure Beach (including a boat ride to Pelican bar), and an opportunity to give back to the community. You can also relax, read, and do absolutely nothing as well. This is your vacation, a unique, once in a lifetime experience, and a completely different kind of yoga retreat.
Payment plans available! Your deposit reserves your room. The remaining balance will be spread out to make the trip more accessible.

Please note that Home Sweet Home is a beautiful and rustic cliff side hotel, it is NOT an all-inclusive five star fancy resort, and we like it that way. The vibe is down to earth super chill. The hotel staff are part of our retreat and we'd like you to get to know them personally.

IMPORTANT NOTES
You must have a valid passport to travel to Jamaica, no special visas are required for US citizens. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. Payment plans are available. The balance is due 90 days prior to departure and no refunds will be issued after September 1, 2019. Partial refunds prior to September 1 are contingent on finding a replacement booking for your room.
Retreat guests will receive an email with more information including Jamaican currency, packing list, travel plans and more. So be sure to provide us your email address and contact us with any questions!
