I did the darkroom retreat for 5 days. Highly recommended. The team of the Hridaya retreat took great care of me. The food was delicious and nutricious and the facilities and natural suroundings in the Mexican mountains are just incredible.

My 10 day experience at the Hridaya Family Retreat was just what I needed to deepen my spirituality, reset my body with movement + nourishment, and relax my mind, all in a truly BEAUTIFUL setting. The teachings of Sasha and Kyle were thoughtfully informed and I enjoyed their sweet personalities. The schedule was well balanced with them taking turns as the daily facilitator. The hatha yoga instantly soothed my body and the meditation that followed was always the most blissful. The property itself is a tranquil dream, so inspiring. I enjoyed strolling the neighborhood and hiking down the trails into the pine-filled canyon below. I chose the 2 person w/ bathroom accommodation which was a perfectly cozy and functional cabin set away from the meditation hall/kitchen + bedrooms, with its own private patio. The food was made with so much love from Sasha’s family recipes, and the kitchen and small support staff was incredible. Definitely include a hot rock massage, sooo good! I look forward to continuing my meditation and yoga practices and very much hope to return to the bliss of Hridaya in the future. Feels like home! <3 And definitely make time to visit San Cristobal for a few days too!! Gorgeous!

Incredible experience. I can't say enough about it. Everything was perfect from the space to the teachings to the food. I plan on returning this year for another retreat.
