Welcome to our All Inclusive Yoga Retreat to the beautiful and charismatic Island of Cuba. 

Our retreat will be based in the 5* Luxurious Playa Pesquero Hotel located in Holguin.  

Holguin's beauty incorporates the rich landscapes which Christopher Columbus witnessed on his first landing in 1492.

During our yoga retreat we will be fusing yoga with the magical culture of Cuba. 

We will be immersing ourselves in the following cuban activities, cuisine, entertainment and culture:

- Cuban Salsa Classes available on the beach daily 

- English guided tour through Holguin

- Classic car ride to Hill on the cross

- Lunch at a local cuban restaurant in Holguin (cuban cuisine)

- Special guest speaker covering topics of cuban culture and Santeria religion 

- Opportunity to participate in Rhumba dance

- Evening cabaret 

- Local salsa night club (optional)

Our yoga sessions are for all levels of yoga practitioners. We aim to create an energising yoga flow.

we endeavour to encourage movement, lengthening, strength, balance and breath.

We will have yoga classes that will include guided mediations, along with classes where you'll have the opportunity to deepen your posture, enhance your focus and practice relaxing in a healthy way.

Over 7 days we will also be covering, inversion, philosophy, meditation and gong bath.

Delta: $ 50. Buy at the door or request by mail in advance.
JetBlue: $ 50. Buy at your final airport before flying to Cuba.
United: $ 75. Buy at the Newark or Houston entrance.
American: $ 85. It can be purchased online or at the Charlotte or Miami airport on the day of departure.
