Your Yoga Glow Wellness Retreat includes 3 days and 2 nights at CasaOm Potomac Yoga Retreat Center. CasaOm is located in Martinsburg, WV, about an 1.5 hour drive from the Metro Washington, D.C. or Baltimore areas.  This beautiful, quiet, peaceful retreat center will help you reset your body and your nervous system. I will guide you through a transformative weekend of yoga, meditation, fun, peace and love.

This weekend retreat is open for individuals to join our small group - or bring some of your friends or your significant other. We can accommodate up to 16 people. This gorgeous retreat center only has 10 rooms, so sign up early. Because of the limitation with rooms and these extraordinary offerings, the pricing reflects discounts for those who room with one or two more people. About Suzanne: 

I am a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, health coach and life coach. I've been teaching yoga and meditation for 20 years. My style is accessible and all about love. I am more interested in how you feel than what your yoga poses look like. I want you to be in total integrity with how and where you are. Practice at a level that's comfortable for you. You won't hurt my feelings if you want to skip a class and spend time alone. I will help you reset your body and mind. I believe you'll leave feeling reconnected to your own true nature, relaxed and renewed. 

About the Food: 

You'll have plenty of healthy, delicious food that supports emotional balance, resetting the body and clearing the mind. CasaOm offers lacto-ovo vegetarian meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared in healthful ways. The meals are simple and served buffet style. CasaOm can accommodate some dietary options such as vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. Ask me if you have any questions on this. When you register, please let me know if you have any allergies or need any food accommodations so that I can modify the menu if I am able.

 · $1,150 – single with ensuite bathroom  (2 single rooms available)

·  $950  – double with ensuite bathroom (8 double rooms available)

If you are wanting to share a room, but don't have a roommate, I can probably accommodate finding a match for you if you register early. But this is NOT guaranteed. Please check with me first or be prepared to pay the single occupancy if a roommate is not available.

If you are sharing a room with a friend/partner(s), be sure to list the name of your roommate in the registration notes. Or register both of you at the same time, by selecting 2 occupants for the double room.  

When you register, be sure to include your phone number. I'll connect with you by phone to discuss your needs. Space is only guaranteed upon payment.

No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do occur. So protect your investment by purchasing trip insurance. I strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance that covers canceling for any reason. 

This is a boutique yoga retreat with limited availability. Guest cancellations have a huge impact on my financial well-being and I am often not able to fill spots when guests cancel. Therefore, I must enforce a strict cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy: 

👉 If you cancel before June 1, 2024, you'll get a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. 

👉 If you cancel before Aug 1, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount of the reservation. .  

👉 If you cancel before Sept 1, 2025, you will receive a 25% refund of the total amount of the reservation. 

👉 There are no refunds for cancellation after Sept. 1, 2025.
