Let’s gather in the tropical paradise of Nosara, Costa Rica to enchant your imagination & embody your next chapter.Our day begins with easeful mornings for meditation or a walk on the beach, then we gather for a long-form ALTER movement practice—a music-driven, yoga-inspired strength workout, integrating meditation and guided journaling sessions— followed by an energizing organic brunch. Afternoons are open for exploring the vibrant area and what is unfolding in your heart, with a swim in the ocean or pool, wandering the vibrant town of Nosara, or a personal mentorship session with Nicole. We will take two optional, extraordinary excursions as a group: a kayak/SUP float on a gorgeous mangrove river, and an ATV adventure along a river and waterfall.The Mentorship Mastermind option includes 3 2-hour sessions of inspiration, soulful strategy, and support for your next chapter.We will gather again for an early evening ALTER restorative and meditation practice often on the beach at sunset, followed by a leisurely dinner with rich conversation. Nosara is a gem of a yogi-surfer town on a pristine and wild beach of a bay that offers consistent, calm waves perfect for beginner surfers, and edge breaks experienced surfers love. It is located in the Nicoya peninsula, a blue zone famous for the *pura vida* lifestyle that contributes to the extraordinary longevity of its inhabitants. Float on still water through a gorgeous mangrove forest home to over 120 species of birds and wildlife. Your choice of either a kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Pic-nic snacks included. (Approx. 2 hours)
