We had a terrible experience with Say Hueque. They were disorganized,, and lacked good communication. Details were changed last minute, we felt we were taken advantage of in many situations. I will likely never use an agency again due to the experience with Say Hueque.

We had a great time. Everything was taken care of and when there were any problems they were immediately addressed and taken care of. They made this the trip of a lifetime for my wife and I.

We did have a great time. Everything went very smoothly. All of the people we encountered, from the van drivers to the hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating. However, I would like to mention one person who really stood out for her friendliness, helpfulness and wonderful demeanor. That person was Laura Kich. I felt like I was with one of my own cousins. She was always looking out for us and made sure everything was just right! I can not say enough good things about her. Next time I travel- I want to bring her with me wherever I go.

The trip was a dream come through! Amazing places, people, food and support !! I would do it again !

My trip was SPECTACULAR. Everything had been planned to the 'enth' degree. I have a travel background myself, so absolutely recognised how well my itinerary worked. I was 100% impressed and satisfied. Not only did it go seemlessly but the scenery of Patagonia was utterly incredible.
