Upon landing at Puerto Montt airport, take an official 20-minute shared transfer to Puerto Varas with Transport Imperio (CLP 10,000 / ~USD10 per person). After checking into your hotel independently, a local guide will meet you this evening to deliver your bikes and provide a comprehensive briefing, including route tips and emergency contacts for your self-guided tour. The rest of the evening is yours to enjoy dinner at your leisure in town.
Breakfast at the hotel and then your first ride on the west side of the Llanquihue Lake.
Enjoy the smooth start with only two smaller climbs but amazing surrounding. The little town of Frutillar Bajo is very famous because of its German influence and its world famous theater built over the water.
A nice and very comfortable hotel is waiting for you. Explore the unmissable coffees and pastry stores.

After breakfast a next riding day is waiting for you. Today you will explore the northern and parts of the eastern side of the lake. Before reaching the picturesque town of Puerto Octay, we recommend you stopping for lunch at the Restaurant Espantapajaros. Continuing to Puerto Octay, where you can visit one of the famous churches out of the colonial architecture.
At Las Cascadas a great lodge is waiting for you, where you can enjoy relaxing hours at the sauna or the indoor pool. (included)

After breakfast a shorter ride is waiting for you. Today you will surround the famous Osorno volcano and climb until the Petrohue Lodge and Todos los Santos Lakes. A fantastic place, where you can enjoy nice hikes or get to see the world famous Petrohue waterfalls (not included).

Fuel up with breakfast at the Lodge before heading out on your longest ride of the journey! Don't let the distance intimidate you, the route features beautifully rolling terrain that hugs the shoreline, offering spectacular, sweeping views of Llanquihue Lake the entire way.
Before rolling into the charming town of Puerto Varas, consider a stop at a local, family-owned dairy farm. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see the traditional craft behind making manjar—Chile’s rich, velvety version of dulce de leche. (Optional stop; entrance fee not included).

The final day of the trip and one last option to buy some souvenirs from the region.
You will meet with our local staff to return the bikes and equippment if you haven't done so already.
