Spend four days surrounded by breath-taking mountains, waterfalls, and views to unwind and reset. Ankita Acharya (she/her)Ankita is an Ashtanga-based Vinyasa teacher with over a decade of experience teaching both kids and adults. After completing her foundational 200-RYT training (2014), Ankita completed additional training in children's movement (2018) and trauma-informed facilitation (2023). She is passionate about honoring yoga's rich lineage and philosophy while also making yoga accessible for all ages and backgrounds. She encourages students to connect with their own bodies and intuition--so that the mat may become a site for connection, compassion,&nbsp;and&nbsp;liberation. Claudia Cumberbatch (they/them)Claudia's practice focuses on empowering individuals to develop autonomy over their bodies while fostering a deep connection with the spaces they inhabit. With training in trauma-sensitive yoga, Claudia brings a unique blend of sensitivity and patience to each session. Their dynamic classes are enriched by a strong movement background, seamlessly integrating yogic philosophy and pranayama to elevate traditional asana practice. Claudia's teaching style prioritises accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that every participant feels held and supported. ---

Non - QTBPOC / Mid Income
