About your trip

All inclusive yoga retreat at an oceanfront Ayurvedic spa and retreat center in Mexico. 


Retreat includes: 7 days/6nights in tranquility of ocean front villas, 3 Ayurvedic meals per day, two daily yoga sessions, paddleboards (2 available), one hour healing spa treatment, two optional activities like day trip to Sayulita, salsa dancing, chocolate making class, bonfire; transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, daily housekeeping, toiletries and plenty of time to relax.


General schedule is as follows: Wake up each morning to sound of ocean and birds, coffee and tea served and begin yoga practice at 8:30am overlooking the ocean. Breakfast served at 10am. Schedule a massage or relax by pool, on the beach, or paddle board. Lunch served at 1:00pm. Enjoy free personal time in afternoon and one or two of the days we will have an optional activity such as whale watching or a day trip to the town of Sayulita; afternoon yoga practice begins at 4pm again overlooking ocean and often witnessing whale activity. Dinner served around 6:30pm. Evenings are magical for hanging out on the patio, beach or poolside visiting with each other.


Cancellation Policy

Deposit of $700 due by October 10, 2021.

**In the event of cancellation for circumstances beyond the Retreat Host and/or as a result of acts of God such as, but not limited to hurricanes, death in the family, medical emergency, covid infection of participant or a family member within 14 days of first day of retreat, 100% of the deposits paid shall be refunded, minus $500 USD handling fee. 

Other Important Info

**If you or immediate family member are at risk for covid infection, I do not recommend this retreat. Masks are optional. Social distancing is optional and respected upon your request. 


** All U.S. citizens traveling from Mexico to U.S. are required to have a negative PCR test. A nurse with come to the retreat a few days prior to departure to administer the tests. It will be $60 per person for the test. 

What's included

Lodging

All suites/rooms are double occupancy with a private bath attached. Each room has two queen/full size beds. Two persons per room.

Spa Treatment (1 hour)

Choose from 1 of the following complimentary treatments: Ayurveda Consultation, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Yoga Breath Massage.

Meals

Three Ayurvedic inspired meals served each day (except arrival and departure days); mostly vegetarian with seafood and chicken options; the chef will accommodate for any allergies.

Yoga (twice daily)

Our magical yoga sessions will take place outside overlooking the ocean where mama and baby whales are often frolicking. Mats and some props are provided.

Other Activities

Complimentary activities (the group will choose 2): bonfire, salsa dancing, chocolate making class, day trip to Sayulita

Paddleboards

Two padleboards will be available for use. More can be ordered at additional cost.

Transportation

Transportation to and from PVR airport is provided; transportation to Sayulita or whale watching is provided.

Arrive and Depart from Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR). There are plenty of airlines that fly here.
