About this trip

This Retreat Style Training is dedicated to destroying the gatekeeping of healing bodywork for the masses. Dedicated to putting this work into the hands of BIPOC persons as a means to help with stress, PTSD, on-going trauma, and to activate wellbeing.


Spend 3 days immersed in bodywork, healing, breathwork, anatomy, deep energy work, and lots of chill.


Together we will learn, play, and certify in the Anatomical Expansion Training Level 1 (AET Level 1 - Because there are levels to this love!)


This 75 Hour Training is broken up into 3 weekends and this is Weekend  3
