Join Kate and Beth in this 10 hour Katonah training that looks at the Magic Square in a different light.
We will of course explore the body as a house metaphor we know and love! We explore room by room and participate in corresponding practices floor by floor.
In addition, we will discuss the anatomy of each room, of each floor, and incorporate that into three distinct practices as well. We will get into what muscles, organs, and glands correspond within each room, each floor and what that means for our functionality and ground of being.
These hours will be bankable towards Katonah certification and is for teachers AND students!
Expect to practice during this training. Kate and Beth believe that embodying what we teach helps absorb the information and create an experience. It would be great if you had 2 blocks, a blanket, a strap, and if possible a dowel. A dowel can be purchased at most hardware stores for around $5-$10. If purchasing, have it be around 5 feet. You can also certainly use a broom or mop!
