Four Directions Cuisine was founded by Andean Chef Andrea Condes. Born in Venezuela and adopted from an orphanage, she spent 29 years in the US disconnected from her Indigenous culture.
Food is how she reconnects to her culture as well as educate the public about Indigenous Native culture.
In 2024, Condes joined forces with somatic embodiment specialist, Alejandra (Tobar Alatriz) and her concept Just Embody. By joining food, movement and body work/massage therapy, this is sure to be a uniquely grounding and beautiful experience.
