Primitive camping (well water, porta potty, no electricity)
The Primitive Rendezvous will offer a full complement of skill building workshops, time in nature and community building activities. Located on private land in the scenic South Park Valley of Colorado with plenty of access to public land, this is the place to learn the essential hunting skills and put them to the test without having the pressure to hunt. After this class students will be fully prepared to hunt on their own and will have the full complement of AHS curriculum and staff to guide them on their journey. You will receive instruction just like the flagship course with monthly zoom calls and instructions on how to apply for tags, how to get your hunter ed card, what rifle to choose etc. This is primitive camping that has well water and porta potty but there is no electricity. All participants will be living in community with one another in tipis. Basic camping gear required. Ages 11 and up (all children under 18 must accompanied by a paying adult)
