Join us on an epic journey in Ireland. We’ll be exploring castles, learning the history of Ireland from ancient times to the present day and we’ll be staying at some of Ireland’s most notable properties from Castles to the Irish Aristocracy Georgian Houses that still scatter Ireland today. We’ll also learn about the Irish people who worked and lived around these places and were employed there, from the local blacksmith to those in service in the big house or castle to the tenant farmer.
For the past 25 years, Ginger has been sharing her passion for experiential travel, offering her best in off-the-beaten-track places in Ireland, sharing the best-kept secrets, and introducing you to the real people of Ireland so that you can learn more about Irish culture and history. Often accused of a tour really being an expedition in local food, she is a champion of the Irish food world and of the sustainable practices that Ireland is quickly becoming a leader of on an international scale in hospitality, gardening, and fresh, local, organic produce. Using only sustainable hotels and restaurants Time Travel relies heavily on its relationship with suppliers to uphold the company’s vision of high standards for travel. Ginger is also a member of the Irish Georgian Society, joining people together to protect Ireland’s built heritage, and works hard to help sustain those who are brave enough to own or run one of the historic houses or castles in Ireland.
