About this trip

Join us for an unforgettable 4 nights, 5 day active retreat in Andalusia, from Thursday through to Monday. The week will feel like a holiday but not as you know it. It will arm you with resilience, performance tools and deep relaxation techniques, introduced by our team of trail running, qigong, yoga and PT specialists.


We've explored the region and can vouch for it as a treasure trove of breathtaking trails, mountain bike routes and outdoor yoga. If you haven't been here, you'll wonder why!
Your home is a lovingly restored old mill, nestled deep in the Almanzora Valley close to the border of Almeira, Granada and Jaen in Andalusia.

Explore the ancient cobbled streets of Seron and its incredible Moorish Castle. This is a fascinating town, with a history that will blow your mind.

Run to Los Minares from Posada del Candil. This is a challenging 13k run which will take you up about 800m of climb, which is all runnable but tough. You’ll be met with stunning views at the top, as well as a driver with bikes so you can enjoy a downhill, freewheel all the way back to where you started from.

Run the Jabalcon, up the mountain paths to the summit from the village of Zujar

Have lunch next to Lake Negratin, then visit the mineral water bathing pool ‘Los Baños de Zujar’

Run the 10 miles

Run along wooded trails (entIrely off-road) from the lovely, hidden village of Alcontar to Seron.
