About this trip

You've done so much inner work. Now it's time to live life.

Are you ready to boldly step into a brave new chapter of your life.

Perhaps you've spent years getting to know yourself more deeply, through therapy, meditation, spiritual practice, and even retreats.

You've understood your patterns.
You've released things.
You've changed.

And now you're at a different kind of crossroads.

Now you don't feel broken anymore but ready to spread your wings!

Something new is calling.

More freedom.
More adventure.
More love.
More creativity.
More aliveness.
More you.

For one week, we'll leave ordinary life behind and travel together through the extraordinary landscapes of Cambodia.

We'll explore the temples of Angkor, journey into the mountains and waterfalls of Phnom Kulen, discover the ancient art of Cambodian silk-making, enjoy plenty of time to rest and simply be, and create space to ask the questions that matter.

What is calling me now?

What is natural to me beneath all the roles I've learned to play?

What am I ready to leave behind?

And what is the first step towards the life I really want?

This retreat is different, more of a discovery of a new you.

It's about recognising that the door is already open.

And being willing to walk through it.

Day 1

Day 1 image

Arrival & Entering a Different World.

This is an intentionally gentle first evening.

Just time to arrive, meet the group, enjoy dinner and begin to leave ordinary life behind.

  • Arrival and check-in

  • Welcome dinner

  • Opening circle

  • Introduction to the journey

Day 2

Day 2 image

The Three Temples.

Our first full day takes us into the heart of Angkor.

We'll begin early to experience the temples before the biggest crowds arrive.

BAYON

The Masks We Wear

The enormous faces of Bayon invite us to explore the identities and roles we have developed throughout our lives.

TA PROHM

Returning to Nature

From the faces of Bayon we move into the jungle of Ta Prohm.

Here the trees have grown through and around the ancient temple.

A chance to ask:

What is natural to me beneath everything I thought I had to be?

ANGKOR WAT

The Calling

We finish at Angkor Wat.

The question now changes.

Not:

Who have I been?

But:

What is calling me forward?

We'll return to the retreat base for lunch and a completely free afternoon.

Day 3

Day 3 image

A Day to BE.

No temple tour.

No packed schedule.

Today belongs to you.

Sleep late.

Swim.

Read.

Have a massage.

Explore Siem Reap.

Sit in the gardens.

Talk with the group.

Or disappear into your room.

We'll have an optional gentle practice and gathering, but there is no expectation to participate.

Sometimes the most transformational thing you can do is stop trying to transform yourself.

Day 4

Day 4 image

Mountains and Waterfalls.

Today we leave the the town and temples behind and travel into the mountains and jungle of Phnom Kulen.

We'll visit the sacred River of 1,000 Lingas and the reclining Buddha of Preah Ang Thom before spending time at the spectacular Kulen waterfall.

This day explores a different aspect of stepping into a new chapter:

The willingness to choose.

The courage to act.

The ability to surrender to what we cannot control.

And at the waterfall?

Swim.

Play.

Enjoy!

Day 5

Day 5 image

LOTUS SILK & GROWTH

Visit a beautiful Cambodian lotus silk farm and discover how delicate silk is created from the stems of lotus flowers.

The lotus offers a beautiful metaphor for our own journey: rooted in the mud, reaching towards the light.

We'll explore what we're rooted in, what we're growing towards, and what we're ready to create next.

Then back to the hotel for a relaxed afternoon by the pool.

Day 6.

Day 6. image

The Step Forward.

Our final afternoon takes us to Preah Palilay, a small and atmospheric temple hidden among the trees of Angkor Thom.

After the scale and grandeur of Angkor, we end somewhere quieter.

A place to pause.

To reflect.

And to acknowledge the journey you've made.

Then we leave the temples behind and head into Siem Reap for sunset by the river and a beautiful final Cambodian dinner together.

A celebration of the week ,and of whatever comes next.

Day 7

Day 7 image

Departure

A relaxed final breakfast before departures from midday.

The retreat ends.

But the journey doesn't.

You return home with the experiences, insights and choices you've made, and, one clear first step into the chapter ahead and a way to carry it forward.
